"It’s a small but very clean and nice room. The only “complaint” I’d have is the lack of AC (you have to open the window). Other than that, the staff was very friendly and it’s a nice hotel. "

"Really great staff in the lounge took care of our family and helped us out with a room change. We had an amazing view of the Tokyo tower and loved our room. It was modern and upgraded. The lounge was great for tea, cocktails and breakfast. We also appreciated the staff help at the bell desk with taxis."

"Beautiful property that is very well maintained. The staff was very helpful. The property is very large and you can get lost! There two hotels that are attached. The Otani main and the New Otani Garden. The hotel(s) remind me of the ones in Las Vegas, only a lot cleaner and nicer. There are a lot of high end stores on the lowers floors of the New Otani Garden hotel. There are many different restaurants in the hotel. We tried several and the food was excellent. They have their own private garden attached to the hotel. It is quite beautiful. The ponds are filled with the largest Koi I have seen."

"On the downside, the hotel is a bit dated, and some areas like the hallway and elevators could use maintenance. Overall, it’s a practical choice if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay with essential comforts, but don’t expect luxury."

"Great location, next to train station and restaurants. The hotel itself is run down and in desperate need of an upgrade. The room was dirty and hadn’t been dusted. The furniture was old and worn. The chair was ripped and dingy. Walls were banged up and damaged from luggage. It’s unfortunate that it was in sad shape as the staff was very nice and accommodating."

"Staff were very friendly and checked us in quite a bit earlier than they needed to, which was great! Unfortunately the 2 twin beds were actually 2 single beds, and the room was tiny, not much bigger than the 2 beds - not amazing for a family of 4, but we made do. Also not a whole lot of restaurant options in the area. I would say it is perfect for 1-2 people that are in transit for an evening. "
