"Location was great and the hotel and the surrounding area is very safe. Staff was friendly and great, and the atmosphere is a great respite from a busy and hectic shopping day."

"A great location, with super friendly and professional staff. The greatest breakfast! A smallish but well equipped and comfortable room. Highly recommended."
"The level of service and the politeness of the staff at all levels are beyond excellent. The Imperial Hotel demonstrates Japanese hospitality at its best.
The property's location is ideal for travellers seeking proximity to Ginza but not be in its busy centre. Ginza high street is about a 10-minute walk and you will discover many interesting places to eat along the way. Hibiya Park lies in front of the hotel and is the perfect place for a run. Runners can do the Imperial Palace circuit, less than a kilometre away.

"This was a trip to memory lane, because I used to stay at this property in the 1980s when I imported machinery from Japan. It also was an opportunity to introduce my new wife to Japan for the first time. Although some things change, (like the recorded sound of birds chirping in the hallway in the morning), but not the friendliness and attention to detail of every staff member we interacted with. You can build the nicest hotel, but without the nicest people it is just a building.
Thanks for a great stay."
"Out of all my hotel stays this trip, this one was the best due to the brilliance of the amazing staff members and the comfortability of my room. Everything was amazing from my check in to my check out. I had everything I needed and then some. Staff were also very helpful regarding any questions/concerns I had. I am so happy I got to stay here and I hope I can come back again soon the next time I’m in Tokyo. "
"I loved my stay here! It's close to 2 subway stations, including Akasaka with a mall and Harry Potter cafe and themed areas if you're interested. The hotel itself is impeccably clean, comfortable, with thoughtful amenities. The staff is amazing, friendly, and helpful. One of my things got mixed up with laundry, and the staff was so quick at getting it found. To note: Google maps may send you to the entrance with stairs, but if you go around the 7-eleven, there is the main large entrance that's ground level to wheel suitcases in, or drag heavy tired legs back without stairs."
