"The property is lovely and well maintained, but a few areas could use a touch up Patios were not cleaned but still very enjoyable. All staff was kind, but the check in staff at the front desk were a bit rude. Kindness and a smile go a long way! That's what we appreciated about the cleaning and bar staff. We overall loved our stay and will be back🙏"

"we had a pool access room and we loved our stay at the hotsprings Beach resort. they have a wonderful breakfast buffet in the morning. We also had our dinners here - but they are a bit more pricy then if you would go to town. the pool is excellent, the hot springs and cold springs are both very hot and very cold - but fun. the beach is a bit away: as you have to walk through the property with beautiful gardens and then over a bridge to the ocean: but there are not many people - it feels like you have the beach for yourself - with super clean water and amazing sand. we loved our stay here"

"Unfortunately our room smelt extremely musty/damp. Great commutation and I was allowed to use some essential oils to mask the smell (stayed in the pot with the lid open) But I think we should of been offered another room or a refund, hopefully they can get to the bottom of the problem as such a beautiful place "

"We stayed at the property for two night. I’m really enjoyed our stay. The room was based over a leak where you could see lots of fish swimming around and we’re able to feed them. The host was very welcoming and went out the way to even give us a lift to the local bus station. They included breakfast menu was also really good and delivered on time. The free bike service was also an added bonus. There is not much around the area however you are able to access local shops restaurants and the beach by bicycle."
