"The JW Marriott Resort was absolutely breathtaking. The property is massive, with so many areas and restaurants that I didn’t even get a chance to experience everything due to time constraints. I stayed for a week in December, and the Christmas decorations throughout the resort added such a magical, festive touch—it truly elevated the entire atmosphere. From the moment my car arrived at the hotel, I was completely speechless. There was this overwhelming feeling of awe that’s honestly hard to put into words. It was one of those moments where you just feel how special a place is. My room exceeded all expectations. I stayed in a deluxe cabin, and it was incredibly spacious and beautifully designed. The bathroom opened into the bedroom, which made the room feel even more luxurious and open—just stunning. The staff truly made this experience unforgettable. A very special shout-out to OY at the concierge desk, who planned my tours and went above and beyond to make sure my vacation was seamless and memorable. She genuinely took care of me. The front desk team and the JW Café staff were also exceptional—warm, professional, and attentive at every interaction. Another huge shout-out goes to the team at Ginja Restaurant. "Fabulous! I had a pool access room and it was great to avoid the crowd at the main pool. I did go to the beach twice which was nice, but I preferred the quiet. Staff was helpful and did a great job. The area around the hotel is great - tons of places to eat, get massages, etc. I plan on returning the same time next year!"

"We loved everything about our stay and the property. We would never again book through Expedia because they are not an honest company. They say your payment will not go through until 30 days before your stay but then charge it immediately and send you a confirmation and and say any cancellations are not refundable. They also blame it on Outrigger Hotel that they do not refund for cancellations. This is not true - they just keep the extra money and do not send it to the hotel. This is bad practice and I hope karma gets them."
