Now USA.. ain’t no washcloths so bring ya own.. otherwise the staff was great and they did let me stay until 1:30pm for free.. only reason you shouldn’t walk is if you don’t want to bust a sweat otherwise.. save your baht"

"Huge property with a great kids club that’s ideal for families. However it’s far from restaurants and the food in the resort is very average. Premises are old but clean, staff are friendly and helpful but don’t communicate well in English resulting in a few misunderstandings. Housekeeping takes a long time to come around and most days our room wasn’t cleaned til mid afternoon. It feels like this hotel is so big it struggles to be managed properly. Tolerating it for the kids club and activities but definitely on my own I wouldn’t return."

Our first room had a foul smell, had to switch rooms then was wonderful!! A little far from other areas but perfect for a peaceful quiet experience."

"We like the hotel and the restaurant at the beach a lot but we were there to play tennis. And one tennis court is half! This was not good at all. If you would fix that tennis court it would be perfect and we will come back many times. The location of the tennis courts was great and there was a roof and shade with tables. Everything except the tennis court was half, cut off. And it was very disappointing for us!"

"The property is small and nice. It’s not close to a lot of activities so you have to budget for grab which cost me upwards of 300 bhat every trip. Sometimes you have to choose a higher price ride because the cheaper grab will drop your ride and your only option is to pay a more expensive price. The room gets cleaned everyday which I liked a lot. I got the room with the private pool and hot tub. The pool was small and the room was small but very functional. Staff was helpful and attended to my needs as needed."
