We had a blast. The premises, location and food were amazing. We absolutely adored our villa which was exactly what we needed to relax. Beach waves are rough not really swimmable here, the food at the main restaurant edge was just ok, we were especially disappointed by the crab could not eat it at all. The spa was great especially apple the therapist was great. The swimming pool was great. The service and staff were mostly good the lady (manager?) at the edge was a bit intimidating for us. Finally the room itself was very nice, comfortable bed, nice shower with high pressure water. The place is very quiet, calm and away from busy areas of phuket but is also pretty far to get to main attractions like old phuket town an hour away.

It was a nice quiet get away. Staff was friendly and facility was clean. I felt there was a safety concern with the loft unit we stayed in during the night hours there where no rails to hold on to making the unit nicer but it should at least have sensor lights under the stairs so you don't have to turn on the bright light at night

This place was absolutely amazing for my honeymoon. It is private and secluded and the beach was amazing. No hagglers around to try to sell you anything, so it was pure tranquility. The staff was amazing. After one day, they know you by name. I had a personal assistant named Zico and he took care of all of my needs while there, from suggestions on tours, to making reservations for me. Our villa was phenomenal. We had the private pool and it was really nice. I went to the spa which was an experience. If you want privacy, and quiet for rest and relaxation, or perhaps you want to work on that book, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back.

Thoughtful staff and great facilities that were well designed and comfortable. Food was excellent and had great variety which suited our palette. Beach access was amazing and allowed for a peaceful and lovely retreat.

The resort is quite well maintained and staff members are very friendly and helpful. We have chosen Phuket as one of our must-go places for vacation for the last decade and the resort is almost the best one to stay. Nevertheless, there are nitty gritty things that should be attended to so as to make it a perfect place. The shower room drainage system is bad and always floods beyond the room (I did read some reviews talking about this showing not much efforts made in this regard). In addition, the mat at the center of the living room has been not serviceable as the edges and corners of the mat were curled up that would easy cause trip-off (I was staying at Ocean View Loft). Apart from these, it was definitely a pleasant place to stay with.

Very nice hotel and we liked the room with pool. Our highlight was the equipped beach and the service offered there by the team of staff, always kind, smiling and helpful. Wonderful staff + Incredible attention to details

Aleenta was exceptional. The attention to detail incredible: beautiful bags already packed with towels waiting in the rooms for guests to take to the beach and pajamas for guests waiting in their wardrobes are some of the lovely touches you will see here. The staff were so thoughtful and accommodating too. It was a truly restful and relaxing experience here

Really lovely hotel with excellent service and beautiful rooms with small pool. Very relaxing place not too far from Phuket. Staff were very helpful and even arranged a Muay Thai session for my son. The only small gripe was the music that was in the restaurant was like lift music and seemed to be on a loop so the same tunes played repeatedly. It seemed really out of context for such an excellent hotel

Nice but not the best

The resort itself is quite nice if you like being remote - so remote Grab services don’t operate there. There’s a very small mini mart 2 mins up the road but otherwise not a lot within walking distance. The staff keep the beach in front of the resort clean, but if you walk further up the beach in each direction there is lots of trash which is such a shame and does ruin the tranquil vibe. The food was all pretty awful. The worst pasta dishes I have ever had, and the massaman curry was stupidly spicy. Breakfast was alright, but my poached eggs were so undercooked. The staff were nice and accomodating. The room was quite good and we enjoyed the private pool. The shower drain did not work so started to pool in the bottom so can’t have a long shower, or a daily shower as it doesn’t drain in time. The water was also cold.

Would have been nice if the garden had a bit of sun. The big tree took a lot of light and dropped so many leaves in the pool all the time.
