The property is vast and beautiful! The staff were amazing. We could barely get started walking somewhere on the property before someone offered to give us a ride on a cart! The best part for us has to be the staff! So kind. So accommodating and just genuinely lovely people who seem to truly care that you have an amazing time. This was our second stay at splash beach resort and I pray we get to do it again one day! "

"The resort is quite well maintained and staff members are very friendly and helpful. We have chosen Phuket as one of our must-go places for vacation for the last decade and the resort is almost the best one to stay. Nevertheless, there are nitty gritty things that should be attended to so as to make it a perfect place. The shower room drainage system is bad and always floods beyond the room (I did read some reviews talking about this showing not much efforts made in this regard). In addition, the mat at the center of the living room has been not serviceable as the edges and corners of the mat were curled up that would easy cause trip-off (I was staying at Ocean View Loft). Apart from these, it was definitely a pleasant place to stay with. "
