This was the perfect choice for our Nashville stay! Great location and facilities. Our puppy loved the low window to watch the geese outside!Daily breakfast was different each day, fresh and yummy. I was fascinated by the pancake machine! lol

Tucked in getaway

We were not sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised, The location was perfect for us and it was just a short drive to Music Row. We will definitely stay again when we are in Nashville area.

Very nice

This was a great little spot for us as it was just a midway stop for a couple days before continuing to head south. Loved that it was pet friendly, easy to access and a free breakfast in the mornings. It was only 15min from downtown Nashville and made everything easy for us.

Wonderful!

My best friend and I stayed here for a girls trip, and it was so nice! Clean and quiet. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly. Uber got us back and forth from Nashville. I will be staying here again!!!

Great desk supervisor!

We just loved Kiemion Dotson! What a positive, energetic professional! Made my wife and feel like we had a “friend” in Nashville. Kiemion gave us great recommendations for places to eat as well as entertainment.

The woman at check-in was friendly and had advice about restaurants. She gave us a room near walking paths because we were traveling with our dog. We were able to check in early. The suite was plain but clean and kitchen was well-stocked.

The location is great and the grounds were really pretty. The interior of the place was very worn & dirty. The carpet was ripped & extremely dusty, especially around the bed. The bathroom door would not close all the way, and was very dirty along with an extremely stained toilet. The walls were not sound proof at all, so you can hear people walking above you and anyone outside.

Quiet comfortable room

Our room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Though the room had a kitchen as advertised, there was not even a pan we could boil water for tea in. So, if you want the use of the kitchen you'd need to bring your own pots/pans.

Safe secure place that lacked cleanliness

My mother and I stayed on the property for 22 days. We felt very secure and safe. The grounds were quiet and we didn’t hear other guests. However, our room wasn’t very clean (for example: hide-a-bed had garbage on it when we went to pull it out -or- another example a drink bottle on the floor by the dresser and curtains from the previous guest, but also never picked up during our house keeping days). Room didn’t have extra garbage bags or toilet paper. Pool towels weren’t available most days. Room wasn’t supplied with all furnishings listed but we were able to request pieces that were missing and we received them.

Good value for the dollar

Overall the place was certainly adequate for us. When we first checked in there was a bit of a smell but as soon as the AC was on we didn't notice anything after that - I assume it was due to humidity and possibly someone not being in the suite for a few days before us. Lots of space for 2 people, bed was comfortable and the feather pillows were a nice change from the foamies we usually encounter. Breakfast was actually way better than I expected - really good selection of food & the automatic pancake device was way more efficient than the rotating waffle makers usually present at hotels. We noticed the black marks on the ceiling mentioned by a previous guest but based on what we could tell, due to the swirl pattern, it looks like the duct from the AC hasnt been cleaned in awhile. For our purposes the suite was perfect for our purposes. The 4 star for cleanliness was due to the ceiling marks - everything else was fine.

Nasty in Nashville

I’m a huge fan of VRBO. Went directly to them in order to find a clean, cozy place to stay. I chose this small studio condo. As I approached the front door to check in, I took a tumble on the sidewalk due to some debris on the walkway. I hit the ground hard, injuring both knees. I pulled myself together and proceeded to check-in. At check-in, they ask to place a hold on a credit card. I had never been asked this before at any other VRBO stay. To my surprise, this place was merely an extended stay hotel. I was given a room that had dark, black marks on the ceiling. It looked like a form of mold. I was terrified! Called the desk and a maintenance rep was sent over. He was very kind. I was told that it wasn’t mold but grime from the air ducts. Hmmm…that did not make me feel any more comfortable. The front desk rep, Joy, then offered us another room in the building next door. I gladly accepted. This room appeared to be much cleaner than the first. Be careful! As for my injury, I was told that their insurance company would be in touch with me. I’ve yet to hear from anyone. BEWARE!!!!

Quiet pet friendly stay

This is a quiet place to stay while traveling. They have suites with a kitchen and refrigerator. It is pet friendly and provides coffee & hot water 24-7 in addition to a hot breakfast in the morning.
