"Listed 5 adults on reservations and did not provide an extra blanket, requested on 1st day of stay and did not respond with a no until the next day. 2 king size beds were there so we were able to sleep, but with only 1 blanket we struggled. Bedroom door had a crack in it. I would recommend face towels that are not white as these stain easy. Location was good, quick easy uber/walk to most nearby attractions. Pool was dirty so unable to use. The photos are deceiving with description as they look...

"Had to Uber everywhere. The property was nice - but long hallways, felt a little scary. The penthouse should definitely update amenities. Bath towels were mix match, bedding felt and looked older. King room didn’t have a tv. Over all the place felt plain and not worth the money. Cleaning crew could definitely do a better job. Crumbs on kitchen floor, table had a grease film on it , crumbled up towel paper in bathroom drawers. We would definitely choose a hotel closer to broadway and feel better...
