"I loved the feel of a home without having 1 room for everything except bathroom. My only problems were 1 never saw a door like that so had no idea how to put in the code, thats on me lol, and 2 daughter had a medical procedure while there and I didn't think ahead to that to realize she shouldn't have been going up and down stairs, but thats on me too. I loved the whole place."

"The place was perfect for the 5 of us! Great location, well stocked kitchen (we had minimal needs), cozy couch and blanket… a few more throw blankets would have been great! Communication was outstanding, parking spots were super helpful. Last but not least… the master bed is sooo comfortable!!! We’ll be back for our next Nashville fix! "

"We were in Nashville for the Vanderbilt graduation, many family members coming together to celebrate the youngest. The house was perfect for us. There were places to gather all together and enough space that we didn't have to be on top of each other. House was amazingly clean, well stocked and we spent a lot of time sitting on the front porch talking and watching the world go by. A very quiet neighborhood but we could walk to campus and most anything we wanted. Parking was easy. Highly recommend."

"This home was absolutely perfect for our family trip. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, well appointed and room for everyone. The house is centrally located and within walking distance to everything. Rob was a wonderful host, great communication and accommodated early arrival and late check out. We would highly recommend staying here and in fact would stay here anytime we come to Nashville. "

"Great spot to check out Nashville from. Perfect for our large group. The only two things we found were lack of seating inside during a rainy day and the beds are all very squeaky with every move in bed being very loud due to the bed frames. Rooftop was amazing! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!"

"This was a great place to stay for a girls trip! The atmosphere of the home was very “Nashville festive”. Very clean, organized, and country :D It was within walking distance to the Gulch and a short uber to Broadway. Communication with the host was super easy and he was very responsive. We had no problems with check in or check out and he was able to accommodate to help with our needs. I would definitely recommend booking this on Vrbo!"
