This hotel is truly 1 of a kind ! The staff are amazing … friendly and helpful . The uniqueness of the hotel is great , it feels so low key and relaxing amongst the hustle of downtown Nashville . Everything was spectacular from top to bottom … we really couldn’t have had a better experience . A special shout out for making my wife feel extra special on her birthday with the surprise cake and Persecco . Top notch !

1 Hotel Nashville is easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Every detail made the experience feel luxurious, welcoming, and memorable. My only disappointment was the downstairs restaurant. The menu could use a revamp, and unfortunately, the brunch was not good. With an improved dining experience, this hotel would be absolutely flawless. I would still highly recommend 1 Hotel Nashville and look forward to staying again!

Hands down one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in! 1 Hotel Nashville has such a beautiful, earthy and relaxing atmosphere, and everything was incredibly clean and comfortable. I genuinely had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a hotel! The location is also perfect and within easy walking distance of the main strip, so we could enjoy Nashville without having to drive everywhere. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind and helpful, and they have a cute little shop in the lobby. The entire hotel just feels peaceful, warm, and thoughtfully designed. I loved everything about our stay and will absolutely stay here again whenever I’m in Nashville. Highly recommend!

Fantastic property with superb attention to detail! The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you are well-cared for and happy. Kennedy and her team even left many goodies and bevvies in our room as a surprise when we returned from our evening out! We were shocked and I even teared up, I felt so special! My husband and I arrived at 10 am with a check in of 4 pm. We were able to get a room right away with an early check in. We also requested a late check out which was very helpful. The room was cleaned daily and the staff very friendly.

It starts from the moment you arrive and walk through the large wooden doors surrounded by plants into an air-conditioned lobby smelling like pine and sandalwood - a welcome experience after dragging your suitcase up a hill in the Nashville heat. You ooh and aah about the decor, the coffee shop, the restaurant and you haven’t even been up to your room yet. There are not enough positive adjectives to describe the room…believe me I’ve tried. Here’s a cherry to add to the greats of this hotel: there’s a courtesy car with driver that can take you anywhere within a 2 mile radius. The staff is almost as perfect as the décor itself. Chris and Stephen in particular were absolute dolls. 1 is a little piece of luxury nature in the middle of the city. As far as I can tell there is only one thing wrong with it - and it’s terrible, really - you’ll never want to leave.
