"The girl who checked me in was rude it was like she didn’t want to be there then the cleaning people vacuuming outside in the hall keep hitting my door woke us up at 8:30 am when we asked about the trolley they were rube about it didn’t even want to give us information like we are visiting from out of town they could of gave us more information so we don’t get lost i spent all that cash for a horrible time "

"When we originally got there the sink in our bathroom did not work. They were able to fix it. The lobby shop is overpriced and the prices are incorrect. This hotel is not the most family friendly or clean but if you want to be on broadway near all the attractions then this works. "
