"This was the best equipped accomodation we've ever rented. Douglas and Joanne have a lovely home with everything you will need for a comfortable stay from a coffee grinder to bicycles and helmets! We appreciated the comfortable beds, ensuite bathrooms, recliners in the living room, the fireplace, . . . we could go on and on. We hope to come back soon."

I’ve largely avoided these types of rentals in favour of hotels in recent years given the long lists of fussy rules some owners have that make the stay feel like an imposition rather than a business transaction.
