Great place, great location, great host!

Tyler was a wonderful host, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The house and the location were superb. I will happily stay at this property again if we head out to the outter banks.

Great beach week!

My family and I had the best week staying at Sugaree! The property was situated right near the beach, which was great for us since we have small children and needed to run back and forth at times. The property was clean, had everything we needed and comfortable for our group. Would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in OBX!

First time at the beach with our girls. House had plenty of room.for the 5 of us, nice view of sunrise over the ocean and sunset aboe the sound from the upper deck. The girls made quick friends with the dolls and stuffed animals in the house. We were on the beach in 2 minutes from the front door, within walking distance down the beach to the fishing pier and short drive to all amenities, but able to stay secluded out of the traffic.

Favorite beach house!!!

Absolutely best beach house to stay in. One minute walk to the beach. We had the whole beach to ourselves. Close to everything but hardly saw anyone near the beach. Beach house was super clean!!!

Fantastic beachside getaway

We had an amazing time staying here, the owners were incredibly helpful and the home is gorgeous! Having the combination of the beach only steps away and the hot tub available on the deck made for a wonderfully relaxing vacation. We will definitely be trying to return ASAP!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful week of relaxation and family time. The close walk was perfect and our three year old daughter loved the addition of toys and the loft space! The house was clean and safe. The street was quiet and of course the beach was perfect!

Very nice clean rental, neighbors all very nice as well. Within short driving distance of hustle and bustle of all kinds of fun activities but far enough away for the relaxing quiet. Will definitely be back. Amazing host responds almost instantly of any questions. Also rental is very spacious with everything you need.

Great spot for grandparents and grand children

Sugaree was really thoughtfully stocked for multi-generations. The upstairs area for kids was perfect, the layout on the main floor worked very well. The kitchen is well stocked and the proximity to the beach was perfect. And the hot tub was a winner for the adults.

Home away from home

Sugaree is our go-to property when looking to book in the OBX. Quiet location steps from the beach, near shopping, historic sites, and restaurants. The home is super clean with games for all ages for those rainy days, well stocked pantry, great layout to give teens their space. Host answered questions quickly and gave suggestions for activities and eating in the area.

Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and had great views from every deck. During a rainstorm, we were able to enjoy the porch which offered views of the beach and a cool comfortable place to hang out. The cottage is very close to the beach making it easily accessible. We will definitely be back.

Great Stay at Sugar!

Our family group of 5 adults found Sugaree to be a great location for our weekend stay on the OBX. The cottage was very clean, well organized, and had everything we needed. The hot tub is conveniently located on the deck off the main floor. And Sugaree is very close to beach access - only a 2 minute walk to the beach. We highly recommend Sugaree for your OBX stay.

Family vacation

We traveled to Nags Head for a family vacation, Sugaree was a great choice for us to stay. We had 5 people andl there was more than enough for everyone. The house was clean, location to the beach was amazing, hot tub was easy to use and very relaxing. Restaurants and shopping was nearby and convenient. We drove to Corolla to see the wild horses and the City of Duck for doughnuts was great! We would definitely stay here again

Wow! Amazing house

What a wonderful place to stay. It was so clean and well decorated. Everything you need to have a comfortable and fun stay. The beach is in perfect walking distance and you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The owner was quick with replies to questions. Would recommend this house to family and friends and we hope to visit again one day.
