"We had a great time,house was close to shpping dining out. We enjoyed the deck and hot tub area."

"Overall the stay was nice. The house is beautiful! The cleaning staff could have done a better job prior to our arrival but I always bring cleaning supplies so I was able to clean the bathrooms, the dust off of the bed posts and the kitchen counters. The air fryer was filthy so maybe that can be on the check off list in the future to make sure that is clean. Also there was food in freezer from previous guests, unsure how far back. It was only ice cream but maybe that can also be on checkout list whilst cleaning. I left it in the freezer so maybe it can be removed before next guests arrive. I loved the location of the house which gave us 100% privacy. When we vacation there again this house will definitely be my choice to stay again. "

Fantastic view. Really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the pelicans, cormorants, and gulls as well as the jumping mullet. Mike is an excellent host! This is our second time staying at Mariner's Terrace. Definitely would stay again. "

"A great little older beach motel. Easy walk to the beach near the back of the property and restaurants within walking distance too. The village is small and mostly residential, yet there is a Food Lion and several restaurants and shops within a mile or so. "

"Circle in the Sand was the nicest home we’ve rented in OBX. We’ve been going for years and gone through a different realty company. The Director of Operations for Surf or Sound, David, was extremely communicative and checked on us a couple of times. The house was beautiful and so clean. It had all the amenities we were looking for and was close enough to the beach that we could easily walk. We will definitely consider this property again for future visits and will definitely rent through Surf or Sound again. "

"Exactly as listed, I’ve been coming to Avon yearly for decades, (anyone have a nice place for sale?) This property is right on 12 basically as soon as you get into town. Walking distance to the beach and Froggy Dogs. The pool table and arcade games on the first floor are a nice touch. Would recommend and stay again. "
