"Super clean and well-kept 1-bedroom condo in Avon that is ideal for a couple! It is on the sound side so the sunsets are incredible and the gorgeous ocean beaches are close and simple to access. The owner, Mike is quick to respond to any communication. He provides clear directions that make driving to and accessing the condo a snap! The location is superb--close to Food Lion, restaurants, and ice cream shops. We would love to stay here again--it was just perfect!"

"The property is amazing and we definitely enjoyed our stay. We will be using you again for stays. Only issue with this property is that it is at the top of the stairs the very tiptop so if you have a lot to pack up and a lot to take down it is quite the trip. Enjoyed our stay immensely!"

Property owners alerted us to some possible flooding since we were there during tropical storm Ophelia, which did happen but was not a problem as we followed their directions for where to park. "Very well equipped condo just steps to the beach and pier. Lots of shops, restaurants and grocery store close. The condo was accurately represented in the pictures and description. Quiet area great for families. I would not hesitate to book again or recommend. As others have stated there are numerous stairs to reach the unit which wasn't a problem for us but should be noted. However, this is common for a beachfront property."

"Immaculately kept property with outstanding beach views from the house and balcony. Very comfortable, nicely furnished and well decorated home. The best part was the sound of the surf through the sliding glass doors at night! The stairs are a bit of a hike, especially with luggage, but well worth it if you can manage them. "Property was as advertised. Dining table is a pool table. Flip over top and can play table tennis. Only aspect not appreciated was toilet in Master bedroom has no door. But we knew this going in and managed just fine with the floor plan."
