"The house was exactly what we were looking for. However, be prepared, there is nothing in the way of food or condiments (not even salt or pepper). So it's like staying in a hotel - you get the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There was only one beach chair, and no beach towels. Vacasa gives you one pod for the washer and 2 dishwasher pods; which you need to use one of them when you leave. So. With all that said, we LOVED the house, the location to the beach was amazing and the beds were so comfortable. To me, those were the most important aspects of our vacation. "

"The check in was very easy. There is a lock box outside the door and we were given a code to open and get a key. The condo was very clean both upstairs and down. The king bed was comfortable and bathrooms were adequate. Our bathroom had a tub and basic toilet and sink. I did miss not having a hairdryer. The kitchen had all the basics we needed including a dishwasher. In the living area we had a leather sofa and loveseat which we enjoyed. I much prefer that to cloth. Our patio featured a beautiful view including sunsets of the sound. We enjoyed using the boat ramp for our kayaks to fish. There were 3 TVs, each bedroom and the living area. We were also given passes to use the Keenakeet pool and rec area which was very nice. Dan was easy to contact before and during and responded quickly. We definitely will keep this condo in mind for the future. "

"Five adults stayed at this wonderful home on the sound. Fabulous views from the back deck ! Many a cup of coffee before the beach was spent there watching seabirds play. Chairs were comfortable up there, but it would be even better with at least one more big chair.The house was well equipped. Everything is there that you need to cook indoors. We usually grill, and the charcoal grill was broken. I messaged the owner and she graciously offered to pay for another grill from the ace hardware. The gas grill, although small, was there too so we just used that. We highly recommend sunrise fish company at the top of harbor road.... fabulous selection.The kitchen had big mugs for cold drinks. I wish there were more ice cube trays, as we went through a lot of ice!We used the circle table for games each night. Oh, the laughs we shared! The fresh rosemary in the jar was a nice touch.The house was spotless and very clean upon arrival. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom in the 2nd floor with the king bed needs a shower head repair, but still able to use . The bathroom towels were nice, and not those icky white scratchy ones rentals usually provide. The hot tub was fantastic! It was a bit sandy, but we are at the beach!The bikes you provided were fun to use. Two of us would ride for ice cream or coffee or to avon pier. We also made use of the yellow kayak, one fishing pole and one boogie board. Thank you for this ! Nc of rough surf, we drove to Frisco Beaches. Very nice!"
