2-BR 2 Bath Pet Friendly Condo with Hot Tub/Pool close to Beach in Kitty Hawk

Discover the beauty of Kitty Hawk from this fabulous 2-bedroom upstairs condo. This charming property features 1 king bed and 1 full bed, Perfect for a small group or family to enjoy with your fur babies. With amenities like WiFi, AC/Heat, a private hot tub and community pool (in season), a full kitchen and in unit washer and dryer your stay will be comfortable and convenient. We are centrally located to great restaurants, shopping and best of all less than 1/2 mile from our Free Beaches. A 10 minute walk or a 3 minute car ride with free beach access parking (first come basis) usually located every 1/2 mile along the beach road, some with free bath houses with restrooms and showers. The Sandpiper Cay community also has a Tennis/Pickleball court. Beautiful surroundings for nice walks. The condo faces West to get those fabulous sunsets. We are happy to assist with any questions or recommendations while you stay at our condo.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place used towels in pile in front of washer. Please do Not remove linens, comforters or shams from beds.
Leave hot tub set on 100 degrees. Please do not remove chlorinator from tub. Set thermostat at 72 summer or 68 winter.
Return pool passes. There will be a $25 charge for each pool pass not returned. This is an HOA mandated fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great location! Very clean place and the host went above and beyond to give us local recommendations and was very responsive to every question. We didn't have time to take advantage of the hot tub or pool but it's a nice bonus. There's an enclosed patio around the hot tub area so you can have your dogs down there. Lots of grassy area to walk dogs. Nice stay in the Outer Banks!
