"It was a nice hotel with a perfect location, but they did not want to give us any upgrades or any extra benefits are being a member. The air conditioner was broken and we had to call for service several times did not fix the problem. Eventually, on our last night got fixed and they gave us free breakfast to compensate. Vestin Residence Myeong-dong Guesthouse
3.0 star property

"Its ok for one or two night stay. As housekeeping doesnt sweep the floor. So after 3 nights stay, we got to clean the floor of sand and stray hairs ourselves. We had 2 beds but when housekeeping came, they only replaced one of the bed's sheets&blanket. What kind of weird service is that? Its better for a single backpacker or for people who trust each other very much cos while i am fine that the toilet door has no lock, the frosted glass separator is way too transparent- you get to see more...
