"Breakfast was good, nice selection of foods availabile. Unfortunatelyhad to call down for our extra bed and room was set for 2 initially however this was also rectified with the arrival of the wxtra bed. The fans were also a very welcome addition as aircon wasn't very effective. "

Very busy cosmopolitan hotel but still quiet nights sleep. Nice choice of pub or cafe at entrance. Would stay again if in London. Any small complaint/ issue would be lack of AC (my visit during heatwave) and lack of any seating in reception area."
