the hotel was lovely, in a perfect location with the tube station close by. Shops and coffee shops close by too, close enough walk to more restaurants and shops. The air con was perfect for the warm weather, was able to turn the temperature low which was good! the bed was comfortable, tv able to cast from, didn’t use much of the other amenities but the kettle and fridge did come in handy too. The coffee machine is a nice touch in the reception area which is free to use, the staff very welcoming and helpful & made us feel safe

Room was very small and beds a bit uncomfortable for three of us, but we booked very last minute. Staff were lovely, coffee good and the room was very quiet. Barbican isn’t really my preferred hood but was nice and calm and hotel was a good find

We had a great one night stay at this hotel! The room was spotless and the bed was really comfy. It was really quiet too so we managed to get a great nights sleep, which isn’t always guaranteed in a city centre! The hotel lobby is also lovely, clean and cosy and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. The only (minor) issue was we couldn’t get the WiFi working on our phones - we apparently needed to disconnect from mobile data for it to work. Luckily we both had 5G on our phones so wasn’t really a problem. Would deffo stay again!

Only here for one night for a performance at the Barbican Centre. This is a very well-situated hotel, close to the Tube (and gratefully the air conditioned Elizabeth line). The Barbican estate is an enjoyable walk from the hotel, and there are several good restaurants close by at mid-price points with great quality. The coffee machine was superb.

I had a very pleasant stay at Citadines Barbican London, my second year in a row staying at this property. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation, as well as several supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, especially the kitchenette, which was very useful during my longer stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank Ms. Sini Nair, the senior receptionist, for her outstanding assistance and warm hospitality. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a busy day in the city. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to leisure travelers and would happily stay here again on a future visit to London.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great, which was especially appreciated after a long day of sightseeing. One of the nicest surprises was the coffee machine. It offered free coffee, espresso, and hot chocolate, which was such a great perk and made mornings much easier. The fitness center was small, but it had the basics: one treadmill, one elliptical, one rowing machine, a bench, and free weights up to 20 kg. I do wish they had added a pull-up bar. The gym also had a filtered water machine, which was a nice touch. The location was excellent and very central. It was easy to get to the Metro and there were also convenient bus options. One day, when the Metro wasn't running, we were easily able to catch a bus to get where we needed to go. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Clean and comfortable rooms, great air conditioning, a convenient location, and the complimentary coffee machine were definite highlights.

Location was great, room was spotless and beds were comfortable. The space was much bigger than I was expecting and was perfect. The only negative was that we couldn’t find the WiFi code, so just didn’t bother connecting for being there for one night. If WiFi is important for you, I would ask before booking. Overall it was a great place to stay and comfortably slept 4.

Great location hotel and good customer service and happy team. It was a bit pricey for what you get as it was a bank holiday understandably. However pillows were like pancakes, shower pressure gave me a blood pressure as too slow and AC sometimes did not work. Overall 4 out of 5 stars

Excellent location. Arrived about 09:30 and joined hotel scheme and received early check in. Location is a few minutes stroll from Barbican underground and 10 minutes walk to St Paul’s. The only let down was breakfast, poor choice and quality of food on offer but I would otherwise recommend. There are a few choices nearby to get breakfast, especially towards St Paul’s.

I've stayed at Citadines Barbican several times. Some were one-day stays, others a week. I'm always happy a chose it. The location is excellent, the staff attentive and friendly, and the studios are comfortable. On my most recent visit, just for a day in London on my way to Cambridge, I was given an upgrade and allowed to check in early, which helped a lot after a long trip. Early on the morning I left, I used the laundry facilities, which are clean and easy to use. A staff member cheerfully left what he was doing to open the door after I'd locked myself out. It is an easy walk to the Underground, and I walked to St. Paul's Cathedral and across the Millennium Bridge to visit Tate Modern. At the end of my stay, I walked less than 10 minutes to Farringdon Station to head north. My arrival was equally convenient, having taking the Elizabeth Line from Heathrow.
