"Friendly and informative staff at check in. The room was small but comfortable and clean. The bed, pillows, and linen were comfortable. Toiletries were provided in the bathroom. (One item was not checked prior to our arrival and the container was empty). Coffee is available in the room but only one regular and three decaf. Instead we visited the breakfast area that opened at 6:30am for coffee. Breakfast was included and there were enough options for anyone to find something to eat. The lobby also sold snacks, drinks, and microwave meals. "

"I stayed at Kings Inn for a month while visiting family and friends. The owners and staff are great. Check in was easy. All the rooms are walk out with drive up parking at your door. The room was very clean and comfortable. The property is well maintained. Close to all amenities in town. I highly recommend this property to fellow travelers based on friendly staff, cleanliness, location and price. The Kings Inn is my new "must stay" when in Midland, Ontario."
