Cannot beat the location of you are travelling. Easy off highway, easy on. Pool is large and warm. Hot tub is doesn’t work great. Breakfast had what we needed. We stay every year on our way through.

This was the first time we have stayed here. The staff was super friendly, helpful and efficient from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The hotel was quiet, the pool area tidy and clean. The breakfast had a variety of foods both hot and cold. The coffee was subpar but there are lots of options not far from the hotel to get a good cup of coffee or bring your own. All in all a good place to stay!

I have stayed at this property several times. The rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. The staff are friendly and super helpful. They gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and local activities/events that were happening during our stay, The breakfast is great - a full hot breakfast with many options to choose from. The location is ideal - close to the highway and plenty of shopping nearby.

Although it was off a major road, it was in a quiet area and very easy to access, with stores and a LCBO a few minutes walk. The pool was refreshing and clean and opened from 7 am to 10 pm. The breakfast buffet was appetizing with hot eggs, bacon & sausage, plus fruit, cereal, waffles, yogurt, toast & muffins, juice, milk, a fancy coffee machine, peamut butter, jam, etc. which they kept topped up from 7 to 10 am. Room was large and noise free with a dual heater/air conditioner and black out curtains. Beds were comfortable with 4 pillows and warm sheets. Bathroom shower had a great spray and perfect water temperature. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Good hotel with a great pool. No elevators though, so while travelling with someone who struggled with stairs, and being on the 3rd floor, that made accessing different areas more difficult. Staff was great though, very friendly and helpful!

We enjoyed having a main level room as it made for easier in & out through the patio doors. Each bathroom in the pool room has a sauna! Great scavenger hunt for the kids right in the lobby while parents can enjoy a bite of the breakfast!

This stay was nothing short of disgusting. We did not complete our stay due to the lack of cleaning. Check-in was easy, I’ll say that. Staff was friendly. Upon entry to our suite, our noses were assaulted by the smell of musty carpets, dirty feet and wet dog. Bathroom floor was still covered in dirt, doors and many trimmings had paint chipped and peeling and overall the place was just shabby. We were prepared to suffer through and went on with our day off site. Upon returning to our room in the evening, we were getting ready to settle in. The sheets still smelled of a previous guest (or ten). The smell of BO is pretty clear. That was the straw that broke us. I returned the keys at midnight and we drove the 90 minutes home. There isn’t much “quality” to be found at the “Quality Inn”

I take my grandchildren here so we can use the pool and have a little getaway. For the price, it can't be beat. The rooms are nice, not the most comfortable bed but there fine for one night. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our blow-dryer in the room broke, they gave us a portable one.
