This is an awesome hotel to stay with dog. There is a park steps away that leads to the lake with a perfect beach for you and the dog. Only 5 mins from downtown and not near box stores and highway 11

I liked having a main floor exit. This was helpful for loading our suitcases and accessories in our SUV. Also front desk and staff were friendly. Rooms tables could have been cleaner. A/C Worked well and the bed was very comfortable>

The staff here are the difference maker at this hotel. Each person is extremely kind, patient and helpful. When we checked out, I was asked, what they could do to improve the stay. Inside the hotel is very spacious, clean and neat. The outside could use some attention to clean it and remove spiders and bugs from light fixtures and windows. However, from having growing up in the country, I know that taking care of those things is a daily job. We met friends there and car pooled to our activities. We did not use the restaurant facilities.

Room accommodation met our needs- clean, decent size, comfortable beds, working fridge and microwave. Ground floor room with easy access to outdoors for our pet. Note no direct outdoor access from any of the rooms. Check in was great- able to get in early which was very much appreciated and front desk staff were very accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff throughout the property were exceptionally kind, friendly, and attentive. A special thank you to the breakfast restaurant employees, who were very welcoming, hardworking, and provided excellent service. Their warm smiles and attention to detail made breakfast a great way to start the day. The hospitality of the entire team made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

The staff were pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy to access. The back door did not lock so security was an issue. Also the ironing board was rickety and didn’t hold the iron well.

Super convenient parking options for whichever section of the building you’re in. Check in was super efficient and the man at the front counter was friendly and helpful. Rooms were in very clean condition, and very comfortable. Overall had a great stay! The only thing to note is that breakfast is not included at this location and is an additional charge
