"Really loved this place for our last night in Rome. Very clean and large enough for our family of four. Our only issue was that the deadbolt would not close. Please look into this right away as it’s a safety issue especially for those traveling with small children. We did not complain about it while we were there because we were very tired. Loved having three little bathrooms and balconies would definitely stay there again. "

"I rarely post or respond to reviews but this one needs attention. The hotel offers airport transfers otherwise we’d booked a different hotel. The staff were excellent, efficient and welcoming. The hotel needs a massive overhaul. The walls are paper thin. We could hear the snoring from the next room ALONG with smoking all night in a non smoking hotel. Yes they were smoking past 2am!!! The smoke carried into our room, I was unable to sleep as I’m very allergic to cigarette smoke. I opened the window hoping that would help but the smoke was incredibly strong it was like they were in my room. The elevator is barely functioning and highly suspect for safety. If none of this is a concern for you, then it’s a place to lay down on a very thin hard mattress."
