"Very arrogant staff at this hotel. Refused to personally respond to multiple critical emails 2-3 weeks in advance. Airline strikes across the country were planned for the day we were to arrive and they would not refund our hotel fare, just sent out automated rejections to my numerous requests. We had to cancel our flight due to this strike and this hotel and the Hilton brand in general, offered no compensation whatsoever. "

"The good reviews are true. Hotel Artemide is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Rome. A few highlights - Sebastian at the front desk was amazing and helped us with a room upgrade The hotel has a daily breakfast buffet that is above and beyond. Wonderful food selection but made even better by their fun, outgoing and helpful staff that get to know you personally and are so kind They have a spa and it’s quite wonderful. We did a 150 min spa treatment that included massage and facials as well as time to soak in the jacuzzi, sweat in the sauna and relax with a tea before enjoying our massage The housekeeping are friendly and helpful. The refrigerator in your room is stocked daily, free of charge. Amazing! They have a lovely rooftop bar, where you get a voucher to visit when you check in We highly recommend the Hotel Artemide for your vacation in Rome!"

"The room itself was decent. However, the clerk was useless! Our room was on the second floor and someone on the third floor was loudly banging for over an hour at one time!! And every morning at 5:30 am for the entire four day stay, the banging began and woke us up every morning! On the last night the banging started about 4:00 in the afternoon and continued for over an hour! When I went down to complain, the clerk just gave me a card and told me to call the number. I reached out to executive suites through Expedia because the number was no good on the card, when I did I got no response from them until the next day. And the response was they were sorry for the inconvenience!! DO NOT STAY HERE if you want rest and sleep!! TERRIBLE!!"

"The gym was amazing! Lots of space and weights. The rooms were super clean. The staff on the other hand were not the best. I was in my room taking a nap around 1pm and my door kept knocking. I was in there alone and I had forgotten to put the DND sign up. I told them I did not need cleaning, so they eventually went away. At 2:30 they came back and knocked again and I yelled again I did not need it( I was exhausted). They instead yelled POLIZIA!! So I got worried and went to get the door. As I opened it, it was the cleaning lady. I’m like, “why would you yell polizia if it’s just you, I’m sleeping and I’m tired”. She then is like “I’m so sorry, I’m so sorry”. That whole scenario was scary for a woman traveling alone. I went to go report it & nothing was done. A different day, I went to go buy some pizza and the staff there had such an attitude."
