"The room was excellent for European hotel room. Very clean, comfortable bed, linens & bath products provided. Separate water closet & shower areas. We were upgraded to a junior suite & it was great! Kettle in room, bar in room (xtra of course) 2 waters provided per day. Elevator available. Rooftop bar was awesome. Close to Campo di Fiori market, Tiber River & all that that area provides. "The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located for walking to all the tourist attractions. Our room on the ground floor was a bit dated and needed some tlc. The bathroom in particular. The shower door came off in hubby’s hand and there was a bad damp patch on the ceiling above the shower. Cannot compare to the other rooms but not the best we have stayed in. Continental breakfast good, but no where to have a drink in the evening or relax. "

The one weird thing was that I left the "do not disturb" sign out for my whole one-week stay and someone came in and cleaned the bathroom and replaced towels that were not on the floor while I was out one day. "Excellent value for the money. We stayed at this hotel for one night only, upon a return from a S. Italy tour. The location is perfect, just 2 blocks from the Roma Termini. We had spent a week in Rome before our tour began and REGRET that we didnt stay at this hotel. The Hotel that we stayed in during that week was $600/night (a 1/3rd of the price for the UNA, big miss). We recommend the UNA hotel a lot."
