"This guest room was basic and clean. The bed is super comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The complimentary in-room breakfast was a nice touch: croissants, warm panini, yogurt, juice, coffee, etc. It was more than we could eat. The location is great - a 10 minute walk from Trastevere train station, and a 2 minute walk to the bus stop, which is about a 15-20 minute ride to everything we wanted to see in Roma. There are several cafes, restaurants, and shops just downstairs. Checking in was confusing and frustrating even though we arrived during “office hours.” However the host was available by phone right away, and was very helpful. Hopefully the host will provide a better experience on this soon. In case he doesn’t and you arrive during the day, here’s what you do: Enter the building and walk to the right in the hallway. Take the lift or stairs up one floor (from ground floor to the first floor). Then the office is in front of you. Overall, we had a very nice stay. "

"Comfortable bed, helpful staff, great breakfast. Beautiful neighborhood for walking around. Staff arranged our taxi to Fiumicino. We left at 7:30am and the ride only took 20 minutes, instead of an hour as predicted."

"The suites are basically a few rooms located in a very old building that has offices and apts, However very reasonable and fine for a night or two in Rome at a very reasonable rate."

"The great- Staff is incredible. SO professional and helpful. The not so great- Be aware the pool/hot tub is an up charge of $100++ for one hour, it is NOT included as it appears on the listing. Room was incredibly dusty, especially opening the curtains and we found clothing from prior tenant under the bed, house keeping was responsive with towel/coffee requests. The location is about a 15 min walk to the Tiber River and the condensed shopping area. Staff explains how to take the bus which is pretty easy. The tourist area is about a 15-30 walk."
