"This is an apartment converted into three rooms with the kitchen area as the check-in. Stefano is the perfect host and while it is a little hard to find since it is a buzzer to an apartment building, the directions were very clear and Stefano was available when we had questions. The courtyard to the apartment was under construction but when it is done it will be lovely with lemon trees and lots of outdoor space. The room itself was small but very clean. It was great to be able to drop off our bags and get an espresso after a long flight and the price was excellent. It is in the area of Trastevere that is a little more gritty and where the students live but it is an easy bus to the better restaurants and the rest of Rome."

"We stayed there during Easter holidays and they had literally just opened up. Everything was brand new and really tastefully decorated. Attention to detail was immeculate, toiletries of very high standard and a mini bar included. The owners are extremely friendly and welcoming. We chose this location as it's away from the touristy part of the city but close enough for easy access. It's within walking distance to Trastevere and it's many restaurants but you can also get an insight into how locals live if you choose something closer to the property."

"This is a really lovely hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast has a great variety of choice to set you up for a day of exploring Rome. The location is really good, with most of the main attractions just a short walk away. We found the bar to be a relaxing place to chat about the day and the beds are very comfy. All in all this hotel was perfect for our long weekend in Rome."

"No parking No communication When we arrived we could not find anyone to get into apartment. Toilet did not work and could not reach anyone to fix Very disappointed in this place. They would not refund when we left early as we had no washroom to use. There was no breakfast just packaged processed items Awful stay"
