"Hotel was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location convenient for central train station and for metro. Was expecting the renovations to be complete by our stay but they weren't, meaning the service lift had to be used which wasn't ideal. No obvious way to stop the cleaners come in each day unless you are in the room, so toiletries and and towels refreshed when not always needed, could be more eco friendly."
