"The good: relatively inexpensive, a clean and newly updated room, my own sink, a clean shared bath/toilet in good condition, friendly host. The bad: No air conditioning, no WiFI, traffic noise made it hard for me to sleep, far from central Rome, I couldn't figure out where to check in without asking the gardener (go inside the single level building around back)."

The apartment is spacious and spotless, exactly as described in the advert. Good value for money. The only negative was the slow communication with the host and lack of clarity around the check-in process."
