"I liked the location of this place very convenient and very close to most of the tourist attractions just walking distance. I don’t like that the toilet bowl has a yellow stain and very noticeable. The toilet, bidet and the shower are very close to each other and very hard to move around."

"Great location. Need a chair(s) in the room. Could be a touch cleaner in the bathroom and updated. Great security. Comfortable bed, great view of the street from our room. And the elevator works well. Small amenities such as slippers, soaps. Toilet ran after flushing and safe did not work but receptionist gave us the master key to use. For the price I might select another option next visit."

"This room was a gem. I enjoyed the drama of opening the curtains to see the gorgeous Galleria Umberto right outside. Excellent romantic room for couples. "

"Perfect location, terrible place. Ac didn’t work (blew room temp air). Windows were broken. Even the mattress was rock hard/broken. Very humid in room (late April) but it wasn’t humid outside the entire trip. We stayed only one night even though we booked a week because it was so bad. No refund. It’s only great if you want something quick and centered. Don’t expect anything else. The room we were put in was next to the front door/reception so we heard anyone and everyone coming and going at all hours from all directions (inside and outside). I’ll go back to the area, just not this place."

"An unforgettable experience at Navona Queen Rooftop — honestly the best hotel I have booked so far. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel completely at home. A special thank you to Matteo, the owner, for his kindness and hospitality. Also Kevin and Cristina were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location is absolutely perfect. Everything is close by since the hotel is right near Piazza Navona, making it easy to walk everywhere in Rome. One of the most beautiful parts was the rooftop terrace, where you could even see the Capitoline area and enjoy spectacular views of the city. The room was extremely clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The room we chose was one of the larger ones, and it was absolutely beautiful. What truly makes this place special is the way they treat their guests — like family. They offer snacks, chips, drinks, and so many thoughtful touches that make you feel welcomed all the time. Thank you again for such an unforgettable stay. I 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome!"
