Cute 1 bed 1 bath Apt in Sunny and Hip Mission District

9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (16)
"I stayed at Brian’s place in the Mission for nine weeks and it was perfect. There are lots of great restaurants and shops on Valencia. Easy and safe to talk to and from the train that’s just a few blocks away. The property itself is fairly spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Brian was very prompt in his responses to any inquiry I had. At one point there was an issue with the dryer and he had someone out to fix it the very next day. I would definitely stay here again in the future!"

Luxury guest suite with private bath

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (3)
"I stayed for a few days on a work trip. The apartment is newly renovated — 1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchenette area with mini fridge, microwave, teapot and nespresso. High end decor, a comfortable bed and large shower. I appreciated the quality paper products. You enter through a common laundry area and the bedroom window looks into a courtyard so the room is very quiet. Good restaurants nearby. "

"My wife and I stayed at Brian's 2 bedroom place and it was a great experience and great price, especially for the location. It is in the heart of the mission district and so close to the ever popular Dolores park and tons and tons of restaurants. We would def. stay again if given the opportunity!"

"Everything was fantastic, from start to finish! David & Gabbie were a pleasure to work with and the property was central to everything, with a grocery store just 2 blocks away for those who like to cook. For those who like restaurants, there are plenty within walking distance & the bus/train stops on the corner. The condo itself is beautifully appointed, quiet & spacious enough for our party of 7! Everyone loved it, especially the comfortable beds, high pressure & hot showers, as well as cable...
