"The ryokan and the area surrounding it was absolutely beautiful. The staff are very kind and will take the time to assist as much as possible, even with the language barrier. Breakfast and dinner is included. A free shuttle is available for pickup/dropoff between 2 stations at certain times, inquire when making the reservations. The room with private bath is absolutely gorgeous. Would definitely visit again."

"Everything is good at the hotel. They provide a gorgeous buffet breakfast. It is a quite new building and things are very clean. The room has enough space. The only disadvantage is that it is located in an isolated place and 1 km away from Izumi-Fuchu station. However, a drug store and 7/11 is there in walking distance."

"It a very nice no frills hotel; no fancy lobby or restaurant or bar. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable; almost too low for what you got. But note that even though it advertises an airport shuttle, it runs on a limited schedule, so check on that. Or plan to take the train, which is only one station from the airport. I would have had to wait over 3 hours for the next shuttle, so I hopped on the train. The hotel is just outside the train station. "
