Very clean hotel with comfortable rooms. The staff was very kind and professional. The hotel location was ideal and easy to get to. Will definitely stay again when we visit Osaka next.

A great location, right next to the train station, Universal Studios and many shopping/dining options. Room was comfortable and clean. Buffet breakfasts were nice. The only downside was a small self laundry area where there was a lot of waiting to use machines in the evening.

This is an excellent hotel for an Osaka stay. It is located in a great area with a fantastic supermarket down the road and the closest metro stop a couple minutes walk away. The breakfasts are great and a real highlight of the morning. The hotel is trendy and comfortable with a great amount of space in the room.
