"Room was comfortable and very quiet which we really appreciated. The liquid soap / shampoo and conditioner is Dove which is a good brand however it seems the perfume in this was not good for one of us causing nasal congestion. Breakfast unfortunately was lacking, the same thing basically every day and the eggs/sides were barely warm. The location next to a strip mall is great for dining there are 5 places right there and down the street are many more."

"Good: The rooms were spacious and had full kitchen, which was definitely the best part of the stay. Bad: Other than the room size, don’t expect too much from this hotel. The breakfast was honestly one of the worst I’ve had at any hotel. They only offered yogurt, cheap muffins, coffee, instant oatmeal, and granola bars. If you just need “something” to eat, it gets the job done, but don’t expect a real breakfast. I stayed in a room with a queen bed and sofa bed, but there was no bedding prepared for the sofa bed. I had to go down myself to pick up the sheets and set it up on my own. To make things worse, the sofa bed still had the previous guest’s fake cosmetic eyelashes on it, which was pretty gross. The hotel is also very noisy because it’s right next to the highway. You can constantly hear cars and motorcycles racing outside. The evening staff wasn't particularly friendly. The morning staff seemed a bit better than the evening staff. Wi Fi was another issue. Android phones connected fine, but connecting an iPhone was frustrating and unreliable during the stay."

"This property has pest control issues and they are the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to. Hotels.com had to place me at the Elser. Please do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. This place is not worthy to be called a hotel rather a hostel or rather HOSTILE environment. The moment I walked in the first room I didn’t feel safe. They placed us in a second room and it was worse. Filth from the ceiling to the floors I ran through 2 packs of Clorox wipes that wiped brown and I showed the cleaner each time and asked her why the rooms were not cleaned and she didn’t have an answer for me. Then to make matters worse it was small ants scattered throughout the countertops and I can only imagine what was on and in the carpets. We didn’t feel safe not even a little bit. Fair warning to choose another property. "
