This location was located near some fast food and other restaurants, 5 minute driver to a shopping center. The staff was nice when asked about extra shampoo and towels, the pool area was nice maybe needs a few extras lounge chairs, pool was heated and they also had a hot tub.

Stayed for 4 nights and never once during our stay room has been cleaned including the trash pick up, towels and toilet paper we need to go front desk and ask for them every day. Raised issue with the Facility Manager and have not heard so far. Overall I don’t recommend this property

I called in around 10:30 am i asked the guy at the reception if we could stay 30 minutes after 11 am since we woke up little late and my wife and daughter were taken a shower his answer was " no I really can't do that " i never experienced something like this before was like wow how rude and disturbing is that? We had to rush to leave the hotel.
