"It was an amazing vacation because of our stay at Loews. Our room was elegant, clean and very comfortable. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the pool provided a fun atmosphere with great service. We will definitely come back "

"Stay was okay. I felt Safe. Staff was very friendly. The room was large and clean. A few hairs noticed but nothing too bad. Breakfast was convenient and pretty good. Servers at the bar were nice. The 20 percent fee plus tip for basic food was a a little ridiculous to me. Especially if there for multiple days but i supported either way. Lastly, there was an occasional strong gas smell throughout the building, inside and outside. This could be very dangerous. I saw another review mention this months ago so it seems like it hasn’t been resolved. This place has potential just w some adjustments. I would possibly stay again, just afraid of the gas issue. "

"Property is dated and in need of an update. The furniture in the room was scuffed and scratched; door safety lock was loose and there were no instructions on how to use the TV. It was fine for a short stay on an overnight between flights out of Miami. Shuttle service was good and the cafeteria had surprisingly good food. "

"The experience was really great to be totally honest, the house keeping service workers were nice. My front desk experience was great. The staff as the pool side were both great!! My beach view from my room was excellent. I would definitely recommend again. BUT I just don’t like the extras $500 added to my room for taxes and incidentals that’s just too much to me. Still enjoyed it was a great experience. Oh, the restaurant inside food was delicious. "

"I called and was told I was able to check in early because of my membership and when I got there they said I couldn’t check-in till 5:30 pm because the cleaning crew was behind schedule and they didn’t compensate anything or anyone "

"Overall we had a good stay. The place could use an upgrade. The bathroom setup was very different but ended up working out ok. The room was very big and had plenty of windows but non of the windows had a view. I liked having the restaurants right on the property. We ate at both of them and the food was very good. I liked the vibe of the area and it was just a short walk to the beach, The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"We were double charged by Expedia and the hotel. Currently in a dispute over the charges. Rooms were dated and not the cleanest. The tub did drain and pipes were visible under the sink. Did not stay long. "
