"I have visited the quay on a number of occasions and it just gets better. The location is superb looking over the estuary, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I would truly recommend the Quay hotel to anyone and lm sure they would not be disappointed. Shaun the manager runs a tight ship which certainly makes your stay enjoyable in all all departments. "A lovely hotel with exceptional views of Llandudno! Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Excellent cooked breakfast with all the extras. Will definitely return. Only downside is lack of parking. But there is a public car park in walkable distance (say ten min or less)."

"This must have been a truly magnificent building when it was new, now it's a bit tired, there are plastic conduits stuck onto the old walls with high ceilings that take the power to the crystal chandeliers. The green carpet does not go with the turquoise ceiling and battle ship grey paint on the wood chip wallpaper, but it all shows the history of the building and I find the result charming, it has character."
