Great clean room with comfy bed and bedding and great seaview. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection and well replenished. Very convenient central location on promenade. Really enjoyed my repeat stay. Even better if could improve outside areas, especially rear entrance from car park.

the hotel is in a good place for the sea and shops, the breakfast was very good it was tasty and well cooked , the staff went out of their way to help you and were very pleasant, the only problem my wife had was the walk in shower as it was a big step to get in with her bad leg

The hotel is dog friendly and across the road from the promenade and the beach. The Hotel has a small bar and seating area in side and outside.The self service buffet breakfast in the morning is excellent having cooked and cold breakfast choices. Our room was small and compact clean and tidy with tea, coffee and hot chocolate as well as water.

We had a very nice stay. The room was clean if a little small. The shower was tiny though. It's great that they cater for dogs, even letting us have breakfast in the bar so as not to leave the dog alone in the room. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely stay.Hotel on the Promenade and handy to shops and facilities as well as the Pier etc. Room good and recently refurbished. Other comments also say rooms adequate size and bathroom compact but fine. Plenty of teas and coffees in room which is great. Car park fine at back and no extra charge. Breakfast was brilliant with hot English breakfast buffet and lots of choice of cereals, fruit, cheese, ham, pastries which we were very impressed with. Staff all helpful. Yes definitely recommend and stay again!

Great service from the team throughout our stay. Really helpful. Great sea view from our second floor room. Limited parking to the rear but always found a space out the front. Good sized room, plenty of wardrobe and draw space, bathroom could do with updating (loose floor tiles and rusty radiator) and cleaning could be better. Location was perfect.

Lovely hotel right on the front. Lovely sea view room. Friendly staff who were helpful. Delicious breakfast. Shower cubicle was a little small but wasn't a major issue for us. Clean, comfy beds.
