All the staff were very friendly and helpful! The cleaning staff, bar staff and room service were responsive and efficient. What was very surprising was that there was only one lift to get up and down from bedrooms, in the whole hotel. Great shame! But very enjoyable weekend break. Thank you St George’s Hotel staff.

What worked well Very convenient location, situated across the road from the promenade and close to the pier and funfair. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were easy. What could have been better Parking at the hotel was very limited, so we were unable to park there. I booked an executive room, but it felt fairly average. The room was very basic, more like a Travelodge, and did not feel worth over £200 per night. Breakfast was below average, especially the cooked breakfast. However, we did have a nice meal in the restaurant. Overall judgement The location is excellent, but for the price, the room and breakfast did not meet expectations.

This hotel is clearly the best in Llandudno. Great location and It’s well renovated and staff are very friendly and helpful. The food we preferred was really good especially the seafood linguini and the mussles. Beds are comfy and very clean sheets. Bathrooms well renovated and in perfect working order. Breakfast is ok very crowded and coffee too weak and not hot enough. Parking is plentiful all around the hotel and with a blue badge you can park for free all the time. The beach across from the hotel isn’t the most pleasant it’s better to drive to colwyn bay to swim when the tide is in.

Very nice room. Good food although the menu needs some variety over the several days we were there. Parking was truly awful. I have a blue badge and the only way I could get one of the two available was to get into an available space early and then don’t move the car. Accessibility was quite poor with a general lack of usable rails on the steps. Staff were very good and helpful.

Lovely old Victorian hotel - retains a lot of old world charm, but modernised for today. Attractive to an older clientele, many of whom were returners. Food was excellent, waiting staff were great and over all we had a good holiday.
