A cute hotel with a perfect view of Llandudno bay, the promenade and pier. It is in the middle of all the action but also quiet and peaceful. Our room was spacious and the king sized bed comfortable and clean.

Excellent location, staff are extremely helpful and friendly nothing is too much bother. Rear rooms could do with having a small fridge like the front facing rooms but staff are happy to put any refrigerated medication in the hotel fridge if you ask. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Very pet friendly

The property was clean and very tastefully decorated. Our room was quite small but adequate. Breakfast was first class. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was conveniently situated and the sea front, pier and town were within walking distance. Parking is expensive and difficult to find during busy times. The hotel doesn’t have a car park. We enjoyed our two nights very much.

Room was Spotless,I'm disabled and the staff were and brilliant helping me, nothing was too much trouble.the cleaning ladies were very helpful too.thanks all of the staff👍as for the full Welsh breakfast absolutely perfect well worth the money.view of the beach from the outside seating area I loved.i will shortly be booking a few more days for next year

Absolutely fantastic stay. Location of the hotel is absolutely superb, the breakfast is excellent (choice and quality), our room was really nice (coffee machine a lovely touch) but best of all was the service which was really up there with the best we have ever had in any hotel ever. Huge thanks to everyone who made it such a special holiday :)

A great location with a beautiful view of the entire promenade. We enjoyed our beers and drinks on the balcony, even with a lovely seagull as our companion. The staff were helpful, and breakfast was very good.

Very nice hotel close to the sea front. Compact but well maintained room, stocked with tea and coffee. Only minor gripe was dusty blinds, but did not detract from a great stay and excellent nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. We did not have the breakfast as we had an early train, but we heard great things from the other guests. The bar and dining facilities were very nice and had a welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
