There are other home owners in the residence, however, we felt like we were alone. The property managers are quick to respond via WhatsApp if you have any questions or can’t figure something out."

"The accommodation is clean but basic. It is above the town and it was quite a climb each day. We did not have a car. The Wi-Fi did not work and getting in touch with the company was not good. We did eventually get it working. there was a nice welcome pack for us and a bottle of wine. A visitors guide would have been helpful. It is quiet and comfortable. "

They were great on communication prior to trip letting us know some construction work would be happening around the building, so we really appreciated the prior heads up and they even offered to switch us elsewhere, but so glad we opted to stay here regardless. "The staff at the hotel were all SO wonderful and kind and helpful. The ladies at the front desk helped us with all of our needs. From bus schedules to things to do. The room itself was clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a king sized bed (which is rare in Europe). Breakfast every morning was delicious. The location is perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!"

"The room seemed a bit dated but some renovations had happened to the bathroom. The room was clean and bed was nice. The breakfast was worth getting with a decent selection and views of the lake available. The gym was fairly decent however some of the machines needed some maintenance due to issues with the cables when using. Staff were helpful when we had questions and called a taxi for us on departure. "
