"This property has so much potential for being incredible, however… it’s just really good. The bellmen were outstanding!!! Everyone of them, every time I need to leave the hotel, or arrive to the hotel! No need for Uber when a taxi is only a 2 min wait. "Great location right by the tube. Only gripe was that the breakfast was a unpleasant experience, all the buffet was crammed in the corner so everyone is getting in each other way.
