We loved the spiral staircase and the bedroom on the upper level. We also built a fire in the outdoor fireplace. The grocery store up the street was fantastic along with the fact that it had fill your own bottle of red or white wine."

"The location, facilities and view have been well covered by other reviews. I would like to concentrate on our hosts. We are elderly and unfortunately my wife picked up Covid on the flight,.and I tested positive a week later. We spent most of our holiday sel-fisolating.. Brunella & Giovanni could not have been more helpful and were genuinely concerned for our welfare. .Fortunately, we were not very ill but it was very reassuring to know that we had someone to turn to if needed, They did shopping...

"Villa Claudio was classic Italian beauty set on the slopes surrounding magical Lake Como. Emi was the perfect hostess-she greeted us on arrival to explain how things in the home worked and even ordered a supper of local fish for us. We were provided with pasta, sauces, bread, wine and bottled water. Emi also arranged a taxi to Bellagio and to the train station in Como. Everything in the villa was top notch, and the views were spectacular. Highly recommended!"

"Wir haben unseren Urlaub richtig genossen.Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Gegend, und haben uns sofort verliebt.Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön.Das Haus ist super! Die Betten und Kissen sehr bequem. Wir hatten alles was man braucht. Die Kinder haben das Zimmer im 2 Stock geliebt.Der Garten ist traumhaft (mit viel Liebe gestaltet) und der Ausblick auf dem See atemberaubend.Die Kommunikation mit Frau Marcolini war super und wir wurden vor Ort erwartet und sehr herzlich von ihren netten Eltern...

"We loved this house and our trip to Italy. This house has a lot of space, two separate bathrooms (which is rare for Europe) and was clean. It is farther away from restaurants and there are a couple of small stores nearby. Do not let this discourage you from booking this house. Italy (in general) is very walkable and this house comes with a garage where a rental car can be parked. If we go back to this part of Italy we will be renting this house. "

"house: when you flush the toulette the shower gurgles up water. The house has no A/C so it was painfully hot inside and humid. the must in the basement room was gross, there is a dehumidifier but it didnt help. if you leave the windows open to get a breeze expect a lot of bugs including mosquitoes. the basement walls are styrophome. dont ask me where they get it but i wouldnt have little kids around it for fear they would mess with it. furniture: the couch on the first floor is a "pull out...

"Hervorragend saubere und geräumige Wohnung in einem historischen Haus, gut ausgestattet und mit stimmungsvollen Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten. Kostenfreie Parkgelegenheiten (öffentlich) befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, wir hatten zu keiner Tageszeit Probleme.Die Lage ist für Ausflüge entlang des Westufers nach Norden und Süden ideal. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit - neben italienisch spricht sie sehr gut englisch, zur Not hilft auch ihre Schwester, die...

"Our stay was for 5 days with my spouse and 3 sons (all 18+) and son-in-law. Property was big enough for 6 of us adults with a lot of beautiful windows for cooling down the apartment. It didn't help there was a major heat wave in Italy the time we were staying but the property mgr brought us an additional 2 fans to help as apt is without a/c. There was a pool on the property all to ourselves so that was a huge help after a long hot day of sight seeing and a great way to cool down. Most European...

Nesso est un peu excentré mais heureusement le service de bus est pratique et peu cher pour se rendre à Bellagio et Côme. L epicerie au centre du village est top !"
