"Clean very convenient, close to restaurants. Spacious, has kitchen. Staff are very attentive. Feel like more air b&b with on site staff. Paid extra for lake view, not sure really need it, most of the time, we spent on lake side area with excellent view and scenery. "

Marco and his wife are fantastic hosts. Marco even came and picked us up from the train station upon arrival! Pictures don't do it justice....the views of the lake are incredible from this property. "Beautiful views of Lake Como and great indoor & outdoor spaces to enjoy. Brissa Ness restaurant nearby was great. And drives into Como & Bellagio and other towns where all good, yet a bit challenging with narrow road. Great stay."

Only complaints, as they may be important to some renters. 4th floor walkup is 80 stairs to unit. Could be too much for some. Would've thought there would be instant coffee. Some would want tea. It's not there. Otherwise a great stay. All in all, these are minor issues unless they are deal breakers for you. They weren't for us"

We also struggled with communication and we were constantly told contact another person on staff and could not get clear answers to questions and issues. The owner seems to depend on the location to rent the apartment but the details also matter."
