Lovely apartment

Pros:- The apartment was lovely, clean and contained all we required. Collecting the key and fob was well directed including a video. Con: $500 security deposit at time of booking, 9 weeks beforehand.

A good stay, not perfect, but good.

Easy check in and great parking spot! However the rooms very absolutely freezing and couldn't warm up from the split system in the lounge. It was also very inconvenient to only have 1 key, so consider this if staying with friends. There's also a significant rip in the couch which changes the vibe of the place, and taking the rubbish etc down to the rubbish room in the building is pretty unpleasant, it would make a big difference if cleaners could do this at the end of a stay. In general though, it was a nice stay - and the views are awesome.

Our worst ever stay experience

I always use other platforms for my stay but this time I used Stayz. It was a horrible experience! Troubles started from the first minute of our arrival: parking spot was occupied by other car. Contacted the host, said: park somewhere else until this gets free!!! Everything in the flat was either old or broken or in very low quality! For example the only very old sofa in the flat was torn in three lines and when we asked, the host said we covered it with a blanket (meaning: Don’t complain, it’s enough for you!!). The balcony door handles broken, no laundry liquid, no extra key, very very uncomfortable and old mattresses and many many more! …. I highly recommend everyone not to book this property otherwise you will regret, trust me!
