Nice big clean apartment. It was really good that only things are that the power blew mid stay so I lost Wi-Fi connection and half the power outlets didn't work. And the TV isn't great quality and you can only use it for Netflix You can't use it for anything else even on your own accounts. Other than that it was really nice. However it was a bit cramped even though I had many rooms There wasn't a lot of space between cupboards and doors. Swimming pool is nice and hot with a nice sauna. Absolutely spectacular view from the balcony. The apartment came equipped with everything you could need from ironing board to washing machine in the apartment to having a portable fan as well.

I booked non-smoking but Expedia doesn’t guarantee just merely submits a “request”. The property had a very strong smoke smell which they attempted to cover with plug in air fresheners in every room. The dining table was very wobbly and falling apart. The king-sized bed was two twins pushed together with no joining features. The beds weren’t perfectly even and there was a gap that you felt while lying in the bed(s). The place is cheap but not a good value.

Our stay at Spencer Street Apartments (Flagstaff Green) were comfortable, yet it was recommended for families and I was concerned with safety for young ones as balcony door with low railing would not lock, and there was no back to battery compartment on television remote so children could access batteries that were falling out of easily. The door to the apartment was an easy access key door yet this meant it could easily be opened for children from the inside! Check-in was a bit confusing as I had already paid for our stay prior to arrival and the person on desk went to charge me again. Apart from this, apartment was clean with comfortable beds and neat bathroom.

Lovely stay. Full kitchen and laundry highly appreciated, with great views from the windows. Comfortable beds. Little noise heard from other residents. A few blocks away from tram transport only downfall. But ok if you don’t mind walking a bit. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable, well prices, & great view!
Only stayed for 2 days on my way out of Melbourne, but very glad I chose this place. Well priced, modern apartment with a beautiful view from the northern side of the building. Not a standard "hotel" as such, more for business travellers who wont need much from reception other than check in & out. Good amenities in the room and location is close to Queen Vic markets. Will definitely consider again!

We expected our deluxe apartment including gym and swimming pool but, it was not included those options until we went to the reception. Firstly, I did not check their letters of confirmation but, you must describe the options are. I argued with receptionist but, he said he can't do anything because your site does not provide those explanation.

As we have two different building so when you book deluxe and executive apartments that doesn't have access to pool and fitness centre so once you checked in we not able to give you access to other building but prior to check in if you have requested for pool access then we would have definitely moved to other building and also we sent the welcome letter and confirmation letter to you and its clearly says that in those letter. Overall was ok but the bed was not great. The linen was like plastic sheets and the double was two small beds pushed together. Cleaning could be a bit more thorough but again, was ok. I don't intend for this to be overly negative but on balance I think there are better places available in central melbourne.

Compact but functional apartments, clean and great communication with manager. Could do with a few more items in the kitchen we had no coffee. Any issues we had with room such as tv remote not working and washing machine not draining were dealt with quickly and efficiently which was great Would stay again

Customer service was fantastic. The man from reception came up to the apartment to show me how to use dishwasher when we were having trouble. I loved the view and convenience to everything. The tv was good for kids with Netflix We will definitely stay again.

Our well located Spencer Street apartment turned out to be on Batman Street, next to the construction site. The staff kindly waited for us to arrive late, charged a fortune for onsite parking, then directed us to a parking spot already in use. (Parking is not ordered- seriously, the spaces do not match room numbers, nor are they in any apparent order. So when we advised what had happened and they redirected us to another park on the same floor, we spent two days looking for it and found it on the next floor.) The apartment doors do not autolock so signs are everywhere reminding you to lock yourself in or out. The elevators occasionally didn't come and the sizable rooms did not appear to have been vacuumed. TV had internet access but not TV access and the King bed was two singles with the King sheets holding them together. There was no one in reception... in either building. Batman Street entrance was closed for construction one day and our keys would not actually let us into the Spencer Street reception lobby despite being advised we should contact them for any issues. We scooted in behind a resident and found the lockbox to leave our keys on departure.

Highly recommend, especially for anyone travelling for work or staying long term verses a tourist. Main reason I say that is it's a quieter part of town, tourists may want to be a bit closer to the action. Having said that, you're still not that far and close to public transport. I liked the fact there was little things that were included that other apartments I've stayed in didn't have. For example, good quality smart TV, paper towel, tissues, hand sanitiser, moisturiser, shower cap. Little things make a difference in my opinion.

The apartment I stayed in was spacious, clean and well furnished and I would have given it a higher rating except that a new apartment block is being built across the street and so it is quite noisy during the day.
