The room was quite large with a king size bed. No breakfast supplied. Shower head needed tightening and shower needed better cleaning.

Place was good if you need to stay a couple of nights. Was quiet and peaceful. Fairly clean. Showers could definitely do with a good bleach and scrub. Staff were very friendly. Above all it was good!

The worst
Unfortunately the room we were given was not ok. They came and removed the cloth without cleaning area and we weren’t offered another room as they were full. We wouldn’t have stayed but we didn’t have time to find something else as we had an event to get to. After requesting- not offered, we were given a mere 20% discount.

Our family stayed at a one-bedroom apartment that we had booked. Although it was dirty, it could have been cleaned better. Within 10 minutes of checking in, my son had an allergic reaction, which made us think that the place might not have been well-maintained. It appeared run down, with no sign of any recent maintenance work.

Was a good place to stay for the night. The rooms do need a bit of a renovation. Was clean and quiet. Just wish hotel rooms had more power points. Very limited for charging a mobile, tablet and laptop at same time. I now bring my own powerboard and extension cord.

This property is very close to where I needed to be. It’s a great place to stay so roomy and the facilities were good. I would recommend this property to anyone. As I will come and stay again. Great value for money and the staff are amazing.

Lovely tidy room with good outlook. Indian restaurant as part of complex was lovely to dine in. Several dining options within walking distance. Convenient to locate. Easy parking outside room. Slept well in comfy beds. Spacious twin room with good kitchen facilities. Shower floor needs revamp is only downfall.

Check in was simple, staff friendly. Rooms in need of serious update. Stains on couch and walls, holes in walls and doors. Only two towels provided for four people. A light outside the room flickered on and off every three seconds for the whole night. We only were in the room for 12hrs so it was tolerable but I won’t stay there again.

It was dirty, the draws smelt, There wasn't enough cutlery for the 4 ppl staying. Dishes were dirty ( wine dried in a glass still in the cupboard) a hair laying over cutlery. Mould on all seals around water areas. Couches smelt like stale wee. Floors and skirtings covered in dust and hair balls. Toilet lid was too small for the toilet, the lid wouldn't stay up. Range hood was dirty and had leaves on it. All furniture was old. Pillowes were either bricks or had no structure. Gardens were over grown and rubbish laying around everywhere.

This place was a disgrace. the spa was faulty and dangerous, the room PowerPoints were not secured, the windows were all damaged, the couch was filthy and in disrepair. the smell was horrible. should not be legal to lease this room.

Was very disappointed as the room was nothing like the pictures on website. Not cleaned very well, stains on the couch,one of the beds was wooden and creeky, one of chairs broken. Overall not enjoyable stay.

Disappointing and not recommended
It is close to where we go, but disappointing . Web site looks good but it is outdated. Bathroom is clean .and if your on the budgetad stay go for it. Kitchen not clean ..and when you open the door it’s smells old and the washing machine leaks and my husband need to fix it. And the room phone doesn’t work if you need to call reception.

I liked the atmosphere, however, it would have been nice if the cleaning services worked on the weekend. We had the kids' nappies stored inside our room for 2 days.

Great if you are looking for a very budget option. Wasn’t what I was looking for. The owner and reception staff were very understanding and provided me with a refund. Thankfully I was able to find alternative accomodation.
