Idyllwylde: pet-friendly, renovated vintage cabin, close to town and river

Experience a cosy winter getaway in our delightful 1950s cabin, nestled close to the river, walking trails, and a short stroll to town.

Recently renovated and thoughtfully equipped, unwind amongst stunning garden and mountain views. The spacious deck with BBQ and a family-sized table is perfect for a morning coffee on those warmer sunny mornings or to have a chat with the friendly locals - king parrots, rosellas, kookaburras ... most recently a female lyrebird.

This peaceful, dog-friendly retreat (with secure 1.2m fencing all round) is accessible via a cement ramp (no steps) to the front door and offers ample off-street parking. It’s the ideal place to disconnect from the world for a few days or use as a base for exploring the breathtaking Upper Yarra Ranges. July and potentially August, is snow season. If you want to take the kids up to see their first snow, and maybe build a snowman, Warburton is only a half hour drive up to Mt. Donna Buang.
