With one bathroom, a secure car space, and split system heating and cooling, the apartment is set up for year-round comfort. Natural light fills the space, making it ideal for both relaxing and working from home.
The property is superbly located just off Malvern Road, positioned between Hawksburn and Toorak Villages, and within walking distance of Prahran Market. Explore boutique shopping, vibrant cafés, and excellent dining options, or hop on nearby trams and trains for quick access to the Melbourne CBD, Botanic Gardens, and Chapel Street nightlife.
Whether you’re here for business, a weekend getaway, or an extended stay, Hobson’s Choice – South Yarra is a welcoming base with city views and an unbeatable location.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
