"Really nice location, Rose Lane has so many eating options and on New Years Eve, it was close enough to all the action at the Docklands and Flagstaff Gardens but not crazy busy. The view from the balcony was great too. We could see the fireworks at Flagstaff Gardens and 3 rooftops going off around the city.
