"Nice comfortable hotel with later checkout at 11am. Our room was not ready so they kept our bags so we could enjoy our stay. Would have liked them to notify us when room was available as I feel 3pm is pretty late in afternoon to get into your room. Staff were friendly and offered a breakfast deal. One lift was closed and this lead to a bit of a wait up and down. Miss the old rooftop pool."

"Unfortunatley my friend had an injury during our stay , ended up in hospital for 1 night, then back to the hotel. A long walk on crutches to hotel room with no offer of a room closer to lift till all too late when an enquiry was made. I believe the receptionist could have shown initiative in this situation we found our selves in rather than expecting me to continually make requests . Other than that the rooms were clean and comfortable, all being well health wise its a great place to stay. "

"Clean room, great value coffee available downstairs from 6 am. Room was noisy overnight. I’m not sure what it was but it something turning on and off constantly. If you’re use to noise it’s no biggie but I’m not. Rooms clean and housekeeping respectful. Security great too. "
