Summary of together coliving Preston

Hotel location is perfect in Preston. Enjoyable place to stay. Bed and bathroom comfortable. Room fridge has very limited capacity Room chair extremely uncomfortable for more than 10 minutes Hotel booking was problematic. Booking was cancelled by stAYz without telling me or the dorms. Needed a partial refund to correct

There's nothing stating you have to pay a $500 deposit when you check in. And after you book it's non refundable. So you're basically trapped paying the deposit or loose the money you spent booking. I checked out over a week ago and i still haven't received my $500 deposit back. I've call twice last week and they put the blame on their account and bank. Rubbish
